What age range do you work with?

I work with families who have little ones from newborn to 5 years old. Each age comes with its own special sleep challenges, and I’m here to tailor my approach to meet your child’s unique needs at every stage.

How do your sleep consulting services work?

We’ll start with a heart-to-heart about your child’s sleep patterns, routines, and any challenges you’re facing. From there, I’ll create a personalized sleep plan just for your family, offering ongoing support with regular check-ins and making adjustments as needed to help your child develop healthy, restful sleep habits.

Will my child cry a lot during this process?

I’m trained in a variety of sleep training methods, each with different levels of involvement. I always customize my approach to your family’s needs, ensuring that any method we choose is gentle and supportive of your child’s emotional well-being.

How long does it take to see results?

Every child is different, but many families begin to see improvements within just a few days to two weeks. We’ll work together to establish new routines, and I’ll be there to support you as your child’s sleep gradually improves.

What if we face challenges after our sessions are over?

I’m here for you even after our time together ends. I offer extra support to help you navigate any new challenges that may arise, and I’m committed to helping your family maintain those healthy sleep habits for the long haul.

How do you address sleep issues related to anxiety or behavioral concerns?

As a child therapist, I take a holistic approach that considers your child’s emotional and behavioral needs. We’ll work together to create a sleep plan that not only helps your child sleep better but also supports their overall well-being.

Will my child have to stop nighttime feedings?

Every child is unique, and nighttime feedings are often a concern for many parents. We’ll talk about your child’s nutritional needs (with input from your pediatrician) and your comfort level. Together, we’ll find a way to gently adjust nighttime feedings that supports your child’s development and helps improve their sleep.

How much does a sleep consultation cost?

I offer several package options, including one-week and two-week plans, each designed to provide you with the comprehensive support your family needs. My fees vary depending on the package you choose.

Can sleep training harm my child emotionally?

As a child therapist (and mama!), I know how concerning it can be to hear our little one’s in discomfort. When done with care as I do in my work, sleep training can be a positive and gentle process. I support a range of methods, from gentle to more structured approaches, and I always focus on what’s best for your child’s needs and your family’s comfort level. My goal is to help your child learn to sleep well while feeling safe and emotionally secure.

How do I get started with your services?

It’s simple to get started! Just reach out to schedule an initial consultation. We’ll chat about your child’s sleep challenges and create a plan that fits your family’s needs. From there, we’ll work together to help your child achieve better sleep and overall well-being. I can’t wait to support you on this journey!
